K-12 STEM Engagement

ORION brings the K-12 STEM programs and summer academies of its partner institutions together into one coordinated statewide system, with vouchers for students with financial need. Participating students earn digital badges through the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance’s MOMENTUM framework.

The catalog below lists 63 K-12 STEM programs at the University of Oklahoma, the University of Tulsa, the University of Central Oklahoma and Northeastern State University, 33 of them free to students: summer camps and academies, academic-year programs, competitions and events, college-credit and research pathways, and programs for educators and schools. Pick an institution, then browse by program type. Timeframes and application windows are typical patterns from past years, not this year’s schedule; check each program’s website for current dates and registration.
